Checked in late, and the experience unraveled quickly-room smelled terrible, like urine, and cleanliness was a distant hope. The furnishings didn't match the online photos. It was disappointing. On the upside, some staff were friendly, and I felt safe walking barefoot. Unfortunately, loud neighbors ruined any chance of rest; police were even called! Breakfast options were limited, too. A key card issue added to the frustration, and some hallways were grimy. What could have been a decent stay turned into a series of uncomfortable events. Not a place I'd rush back to anytime soon.

During my recent stay at La Quinta, there were some aspects that I really appreciated and others that left much to be desired. Let's start with the positives - the room was surprisingly spacious and clean, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of traveling. On the other hand, there were several areas that definitely need improvement. The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue, with dirty floors, blood on the curtains, and overall lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The presence of bugs and mold on the windows only added to the discomfort. The breakfast options were quite limited and unappealing, and the malfunctioning bathroom facilities, like the toilet not flushing properly, made the stay even more inconvenient. One of the most frustrating experiences was dealing with the staff and their lack of attention to detail. From being given the wrong room number key to having to walk back and forth due to simple errors, the service was not up to par. the issue with hot water in the shower and the overall lack of maintenance in the hotel made the stay quite disappointing.
